Calcite crystal cluster from Tsumeb mine

Displayed is white translucent calcite rhombs with a vitreous lustre to 7 mm. Areas are coated by dark red hematite and included in some crystals. Under magnification there are tiny bright green spheres and prismatic crystals possibly malachite (?) and the powdery orange could be tsumcorite (?) neither are analysed. SKU000067 |

Ocean Jasper

This block of ocean jasper was mined around 2003 and has been in my collection since 2004. Polished on two sides and left raw / natural on the remaining sides. There are many dark green flower orbs in beige chalcedony with caramel and raspberry waves and pale green druze on the bottom edge. One corner exposes the spherical crystal druze. SKU000148 |
