A semi-translucent hand polished rounded disc of Ocean Jasper or Orbicular Jasper known for it's spherical 'orb' inclusions. This disc has cream to white to pale green background with banded light brown 'orbs'. Old material now sought after. They make great coasters!

Pink Smithsonite crystals Tsumeb (From Namibia)
Displayed on three sides is translucent pink to peach coloured crystals to 4 mm with a pearly lustre on colourless smithsonite matrix. Under magnification can see the peach crystals are included by unknown spherical beige coloured mineral.

Olmiite bowtie from N'Chwaning II initial find (From South Africa)
A lovely Olmiite bowtie from the initial finds in 2001, displays a cream colour with a high lustre and is in perfect condition. There are a couple of small areas that show the resorbed or corroded surface which is a natural process.

Brandberg Smoky Quartz crystal from Namibia (From Namibia)
This quartz crystal displays dark smoky phantoms in the centre and into the termination. The crystal has excellent clarity with natural inclusions with rainbow reflections. There is an enhydro trapped in a cavity just under the termination, it does not move. Prism faces lead to a perfect termination. A cut base allows this crystal to stands upright.

Baryte chisel shape crystals from Rosh Pinah RARE (From Namibia)
Numerous pale yellow to amber translucent to transparent prismatic chisel shaped crystals to 50 mm in dolomite matrix. Highly fluorescent, the baryte turns opaque pale yellow and the matrix turns bright orange from sphalerite (?), from finds in the late 1980's.

Brandberg Quartz with Phantoms & 5 Enhydro's (From Namibia)
This quartz crystal has 5 trapped enhydro's in individual chambers of the negative quartz in the centre and just below the termination. The enhydro's are no bigger than 1 mm and move in areas of up to 10 mm, only one doesn't move, in the centre. Faint amethyst phantoms are around the base and flow up into the termination where there is also some smoky. The termination is perfect. The surface of the quartz is very smooth and striated. Stands upright due to the cut base.

Cactus Quartz (From South Africa)
Displayed is a lovely cluster of small crystals with light and dark amethyst phantoms throughout. The orange colour is often portrayed as citrine but this is not proven and more likely to be iron oxide coating. Usually the smaller quartz covers a main crystal whereas here we have rounded groups on a bed of matrix.
