Brandberg Amethyst & Smoky Phantom crystal

This crystal has excellent clarity displays dark amethyst and smoky chevron phantoms in the centre. Trapped in individual cavities is two moving gas bubbles/enhydros as seen under magnification. Rainbows reflect of the veils and red to black hematite flecks are seen. The termination is perfect. One of the prism faces appears to have had a 'blow-out' a shattering from within and showing a self healed surface coloured beige by clay. The base is cut flat to enable the crystal to stand upright.
