Brandberg clear Quartz tabby crystal uncommon shape

Called a tabby crystal due to the very flat surface and are uncommon from this area. The crystal has excellent clarity with inclusions of veils that reflect brightly in the base. Red to black flecks of hematite are throughout. In the termination is negative quartz with jagged edges like a row of mountains. The termination is intact although there are a couple of tiny nicks. The outer surface of the crystal is striated. At the base is a small crystal embedded. The base is cut flat to enable the crystal to stand upright.
